Luke is a dedicated strategist who has spent his entire career advising hospital and health system leaders.  During his fifteen years, he has created innovative solutions for leading healthcare systems as they transform the healthcare delivery industry.  He is published regularly for his insights into the future, practical advice for the present and his passion for helping leaders see their situation from different perspectives.

Having worked throughout the country for national healthcare systems, regional community systems and independent community hospitals, he understands the strategic challenges facing healthcare providers today.  His client list includes the largest healthcare systems, leading community and referral hospitals, and progressive academic medical centers through out the country.

Luke is a national speaker on hospital strategy.  He speaks at a dozen venues around the country and has authored numerous white papers and published extensively. These articles include research and thought leadership on:

Luke spent fourteen years with Kurt Salmon Associates and was the National Director of Kurt Salmon's Strategy Practice before moving back into a privately held practice with Health System Advisors.

Kate is a dedicated strategist who has been advising hospital and health system leaders for over a decade.  Her background in small startup medical device and medical technology companies provided her a unique insight into the potential for collaboration and coordination across organizations.  Coupled with her leadership advising the leading health system and hospital leaders, these insights have positioned Kate as a national leader in hospital-physician alignment and continuum of care development, topics on which she speaks and publishes regularly.
